If the Services allow user-generated content such as comments avatars or messages you represent and warrant that any content you contribute is original to you or that you have the right to use and share it and that it does not violate these Terms intellectual property rights or privacy laws. You grant us a worldwide royalty-free perpetual irrevocable non-exclusive transferable license to use, reproduce, modify , distribute and display such content for the purposes of operating the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and for all activities that occur under your Account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breach. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your negligence.

All content and materials within the Services including but not limited to games software text graphics logos trademarks audio video and user interfaces which are referred to as "Intellectual Property" are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Intellectual Property is protected by copyright trademark patent and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited non-exclusive non-transferable revocable license to access and use the Services for personal non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you ownership of any Intellectual Property. You may not copy, modify , distribute, sell or sublicense the Intellectual Property. Refund Policy

No refunds. All purchases of virtual goods in-game currency subscriptions or other paid features which are referred to as "Purchases" are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Virtual goods are non-tangible and do not confer any ownership rights beyond your limited license to use them within the Services. Once a Purchase is completed we cannot reverse or cancel it regardless of whether you later decide not to use the purchased items or if you experience technical issues after the transaction unless such issues are due to our direct negligence.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services without liability if you violate these Terms engage in harmful conduct or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination your access to the Services will cease and we may delete your Account data except as required by law. Any virtual goods or in-game currency associated with your Account may be forfeited as they have no real-world value and are subject to our discretion.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware United States without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County Delaware and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This choice of forum and law applies regardless of your location or the location where a dispute arises.

In the event of a dispute you and we agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails any claim must be resolved through litigation in the Delaware courts as specified above.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid illegal or unenforceable the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired. We will replace the invalid provision with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
